Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

At unprescribed.life, we sell digital products (ebooks and guides) that are delivered instantly via download.

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the download link has been accessed.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

In the context of digital goods, a "major failure" includes:

The file is corrupt and cannot be opened or downloaded.
The product is significantly different from the description or sample provided on the website.

Please Note: We are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or if you do not see the specific health results you hoped for, as individual physiology varies.

Attempting to initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products from unprescribed.life and Lemon Squeezy.
